Part Two of our Small Business Series.

Small businesses are increasingly in peril in our community as rents sky-rocket, large chain stores drive out local business, and bank branches seem to flourish. Small businesses create a valuable and unique presence in Greenwich Village vital to its character.

Featuring City Councilmember Gale Brewer, Chair of the Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce Tony Juliano, and the Pratt Center’s Director of Planning and Preservation Vicki Weiner, as well as GVSHP Executive Director Andrew Berman, this discussion will explore ways to help our local stores and restaurants as well as preserve the diverse and wonderful character of the area created by local small businesses.

This event is co-sponsored by the Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce.
