Prints of Classic Fred W. McDarrah Photos of
Rock Stars in the Village Available for Sale

photographed by Fred W. McDarrah

Photographer Fred W. McDarrah was the visual identity behind the Village Voice. McDarrah had a fifty-year association with the paper that chronicled the post-war counterculture, and he captured images of all of the artists, writers, politicians, social movements, and musicians of the day. His iconic images speak volumes about the era. GVSHP is proud to offer a curated set of prints of McDarrah’s classic images of some of the greatest “Rock Stars” of his era.

Give the gift of Greenwich Village with a professionally printed Fred W. McDarrah photograph. All proceeds go directly to support the mission of GVSHP.
