If you see a billboard that you believe is illegal, report it to 311. Give as much information as possible (including a specific address) to 311 and get a complaint number. Let GVSHP know your complaint number and we will follow-up with city officials and keep on top of the illegal billboard you have reported. More info below. GVSHP has been fighting the rapid proliferation of illegal billboards throughout the Village, the East Village, NoHo, Hudson Square, and the Meatpacking District. If you see what you believe is an illegal billboard in our neighborhoods, please report it and the address to 311, get a compliant number, and then report it to us as well. If you can send us a picture of the billboard, that helps a great deal.

GVSHP regularly monitors our neighborhoods for such violations and has sent a comprehensive survey to the City and asked for vigorous enforcement against such illegal encroachments.
