Chelsea Market Rezoning Application Delayed Again
After initially indicating that they would file their application in late February to rezone Chelsea Market in order to allow a huge office tower and huge hotel tower to be built atop the complex (images HERE), Jamestown Properties has put off their filing until at least late March. Faced with enormous public opposition to the plan, this is not the first time Jamestown has delayed filing their application, which would allow new structures that loom over the complex, listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places.
Help us keep the momentum going! Let Jamestown, and city officials who must approve any rezoning plan, know that the public is overwhelmingly opposed to this plan.
