URGENT Community Meeting 4/12 re: Development Univ. Pl. to 3rd Ave.
GVSHP will be holding a very important community meeting next Wednesday, April 12 at 6:30pm regarding some very serious development threats to the area stretching from west of University Place to east of 3rd Avenue, 14th Street to 9th Street. Details are below and in the flyer which can be found here. The meeting is geared towards residents of the affected area to discuss this growing wave of development threats and a critical opportunity to do something about them. I hope you can attend. Please be sure to RSVP, and feel free to share with other residents of the immediately affected area. We especially hope that local co-op and condo board members will attend, as well as representatives of local block associations and neighborhood groups, though it is open to all affected residents.
