Join Us at NYU Expansion Plan Court Date, September 24th at 2pm
 Join GVSHP and our co-plaintiffs in our lawsuit against NYU's massive 20 year expansion plan back in court on Wednesday, September 24th at 2pm. NYU and the City have appealed Supreme Court Justice Dona Mills' ruling in our favor which found that the City illegally gave away public parkland to NYU to make their expansion plans possible. So we're headed back to court to defend our gains and expand them with a counterappeal.
As with our past successful legal challenge, having supporters in the courtroom to demonstrate how strongly we all feel about the NYU plan will make a huge positive difference. If you plan to attend, please email to let us know.
