Come to the Next NYU Lawsuit Court Date July 18!
 Please join GVSHP, NYU Faculty Against the Sexton Plan, and the many other plaintiffs in the case against the City and State’s approval of NYU’s massive Village expansion plan for our next court date.
After the Borough President, City Council, and City Planning Commission approved NYU’s massive Village expansion plan last year, they left us with no choice but to seek redress in the courts to protect our neighborhood.
We know it’s the dead of summer, but it’s important to show the judge and the public at large just how much opposition there is to this woefully misguided and terribly damaging plan. We’ll provide colorful stickers so everyone will know why you are there and how you feel about the NYU plan.
HOW TO HELP:

On Thursday, July 18th, come to 111 Centre Street (btw. White and Leonard Streets), rm. 574. Bring photo ID and leave time to go through security. The hearing is supposed to begin at 10:30 am.
