Update on NYU
 GVSHP and a broad coalition of community groups, NYU Faculty, and NYU students will hold a rally and press conference next Thursday, February 23rd at 5pm prior to the final Community Board and vote on the NYU expansion plan. This will take place outside St. Anthony’s Church, on Houston Street at Sullivan Street (inside the church if weather is inclement). PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD! SHARE THE FLYER FOR THE RALLY HERE. Bring signs, friends, and family.
Please BE SURE to attend the Community Board hearing, starting at 6pm inside St. Anthony’s (Houston and Sullivan Streets). Sign up to testify between 6 and 6:30. Urge the Community Board and elected officials to REJECT the NYU plan. The plan CANNOT move ahead unless it is APPROVED by the City Council and the City Planning Commission.
