Join NYU Faculty and GVSHP July 17th for Green Alternative to NYU 2031 Expansion Plan
 I invite you to join GVSHP in supporting NYU Faculty Against the Sexton Plan tomorrow morning at 8:30 am for a press conference on the steps of City Hall as they present their “green alternative” to NYU’s massive proposed Village expansion plan. GVSHP has been working closely with NYU faculty, as well as NYU staff and graduate workers who are adamantly opposed to NYU’s expansion plan, to urge the City Council to vote ‘NO’ on the plan and to force the university to consider alternatives.
As a reminder, the City Council’s Land Use Committee is scheduled to vote on the NYU plan tomorrow starting at 9:30 am at City Hall. If you have not already, please call and write Councilmembers urging them to vote ‘NO.’
