Final Public Hearing on Revised Plans

View from 12th Street of the new proposed Rudin East Campus development (below), and current conditions (above)

The Landmarks Preservation Commission has just officially scheduled it's continued discussion of the St. Vincent's Hardship Application for Tuesday, October 7th at 9:30 am at the New School's Swayduck Auditorium, 65 Fifth Avenue, btw. 13th and 14th Streets.

This will be a public meeting of the Commission and not a public hearing, which means the public can attend and listen but will not be given an opportunity to speak. It is expected that the Commissioners will further question St. Vincent's regarding their application, discuss it, and possibly have independent experts address some of their questions. The Commission could vote, but all indications are that they will not do so at this meeting.

Please let us know if you have any questions.  You are of course welcome to attend, but if you cannot, GVSHP will of course report back on any significant developments at the meeting.
